REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Refund Eligibility

If we cannot deliver the product during Yamuna Pushkaram 2026, a refund will be issued.
Refund processing will follow Razorpay’s settlement timelines.

2. Cancellation

Cancellations allowed only within 24 hours of booking.
After 24 hours, or once processing starts, no cancellation or refund will be accepted.

3. Refund

If payment fails but the amount is deducted, Razorpay will automatically refund it as per their policy.
No refunds for delays caused by incorrect address, courier issues, or customer unavailability.
Advance booking amount is non-transferable and valid only for one Pushkaram cycle (June 2026).
